I see you're becoming Keith Olbermann fan too.

Unless the Republican nominate some wacko to become the presidential candidate, Obama's capitulation on the debt plan could cost him votes from his own supporters who may see him as being too weak to be a good president. Why would Democratic voters want to vote for someone who is Repubican-lite?

I'm not that much of a KO fan, LD.

SD, I think you're right. Obama must be praying the GOP puts up someone like Bachmann - scary enough to remotivate the supporters he lost on the debt/budget fiasco.

I, too, am not an Olbermann fan. But on this he's right. Change will not come from politicians. It will come from people in the streets -- and that means things could get messy.

Unfortunately Owen power has become so entrenched and the public has become so cowed and confused that insurrectional change seems unthinkable. Read my other piece on the Corrupters' Coven assembling today in New Orleans. State legislators from around the US flying into New Orleans to take delivery of industry-drafted bills they then introduce in their assemblies. This is the open manifestation of "bought and paid for" legislatures.

I suppose “fan” is not a good word. Actually I was kidding Mound because I had just posted the same video and then visited Mound’s blog to see it there too. I am really not fan of anyone except that I tend to like the views of Keith Olbermann and also of Michael Moore and Rev. Al Sharpton. They all have some good ideas. Al Sharpton has a show now on MSNBC at 7 PM Canadian Atlantic time. I hope that MSNBC will make it a long-term show for the Rev. He is funny and has some great ideas.
